Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 June 2026
Drawn provides services that help you present yourself to, and be discovered by, other people, together with related promotional and supporting services, which we may change, add to, or remove at any time. This policy explains, in plain language, what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with, where it goes, and the rights you have. If anything here is unclear, email contact@drawnto.me.
Who can use Drawn
Drawn is strictly for adults. You must be 18 or older, and old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, to use the service. Drawn is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, email contact@drawnto.me.
Who we are (the controller)
Drawn is operated by Innovation Anywhere OÜ, a company registered in Estonia, which is the data controller for the personal data described here. Drawn is offered to adults worldwide. Because we are established in the European Union, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to our processing.
The best way to reach us about privacy, or to exercise your rights, is by email at contact@drawnto.me. Innovation Anywhere OÜ is listed on the Estonian business register.
What we collect
We collect the information needed to provide the service, including the related promotional and supporting services, and to operate, secure, and improve it. We describe this by category rather than as a fixed list, because what we collect may change as Drawn evolves.
Information you provide, such as contact details, profile content, photos, messages, and the preferences and choices you make. Information that other people provide when they interact with you through the service. Payment information, which is handled by our payment provider.
Technical and usage information about how the service is used, such as aggregate counts of views and events, kept free of names, phone numbers, and social handles. We may collect additional information as the service evolves, and we will update this policy accordingly.
How we use your data
We use your data to provide, operate, maintain, personalise, and improve the service and its content; to promote, feature, or display your content as part of the service; to enable interactions and communications that are part of the service; to take and confirm payment; and to keep the service secure and debug it.
We also use it to understand in aggregate how the service is used, to comply with our legal obligations, and to handle any disputes. We may use a variety of methods and tools to provide the service.
Service providers and tools
We rely on a set of trusted third-party service providers and tools to run Drawn, by category such as hosting, storage, payment processing, and analytics, and we may use a variety of methods and tools to provide the service. These providers may process information on our behalf as our processors, or under their own terms where they act independently, and their processing is also governed by their own privacy policies.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as described in this policy, or where permitted or required as set out below.
Legal bases
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases. Performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)): to provide the service to you. Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): for content and information you choose to share through the service; you can withdraw consent at any time, which does not affect processing already carried out. Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): to keep the service secure, prevent abuse, understand usage in aggregate, and improve Drawn, balanced against your rights and freedoms.
Content you choose to include may reveal special categories of personal data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR (for example, information about your health, beliefs, opinions, or sexual orientation). To the extent we process such information, we rely on your explicit consent under Article 9(2)(a), which you give by choosing to include and publish that information. Please share only what you are comfortable making public. To withdraw consent or object to processing based on legitimate interests, email contact@drawnto.me.
International transfers
We and our providers may process data in countries outside your own, including outside the EU/EEA. Where required, such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while needed to provide the service and as the law requires. We delete it on request, by emailing contact@drawnto.me, and we may keep limited records where the law requires.
Disclosure to comply with law and protect rights
We may access, keep, and disclose information where we believe in good faith it is needed to comply with the law or a legal request, to enforce our terms, to detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or abuse, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of anyone, including us.
Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA, the GDPR gives you the following rights: to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable form, and to withdraw any consent you gave. To exercise any of these, email contact@drawnto.me, and we will respond within the time the law allows. If you are elsewhere, you have such rights as the law that applies to you requires.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with your local data protection or privacy authority. If you are in the EU/EEA, you can also complain to the supervisory authority in the country where we are established (Estonia).
Security
We protect your data with access controls and encrypted connections, so each person can reach only their own data. No method of storage or transmission is ever completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to address any issues promptly.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary to run the service, such as remembering your language preference and keeping you signed in. We may use additional cookies and similar technologies as the service evolves, and will update this policy accordingly.
Language
We may provide this policy in more than one language. The English version is the official version and governs. Any translation is provided only for your convenience, and if there is any difference, the English version applies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and the date above shows the latest version. Your continued use means you accept the update.
